About
I am Co-Founder and Director of The Centre for High Performance (a collaboration between senior faculty at the Universities of ΢ÃÜȦ, Duke CE, London Business School and Oxford), which aims to become the leading authority on how to create and sustain high-performing organisations and use these insights to help develop a stronger and more robust UK economy, society and environment. And have now been working in Higher Education for over twenty-years.
I have been identified by the Thinkers50 as one of 30 global management thinkers most likely to shape how future organisations are managed and led. I have written a number of books and published articles in leading academic journals such as the Harvard Business Review, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, International Journal of Production Economics and International Journal of Production Research.
My research has been widely discussed by the media in publications such as Amazon Audible, the BBC, Daily Mail, Economist, Financial Times, Forbes, Guardian, Huffington Post, Independent, Mail on Sunday, Schools Week, Spectator, Times and Telegraph.
